If you don’t require a quick turnaround time, or if you don’t plan on bringing your dog in for at least a couple of days, feel free to use our online forms. Please give our office staff at least two days to process your request.
Once the online reservation request has been sent, there is no need to call us to confirm. There is also no need to book over the phone once the online request has been submitted. Calling us after you have booked online can lead to confusion when we later notice your separate online request. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after the two day process period, please call the office directly at 650-359-1627.

If you are having trouble finding what you need on our site however, or if you need to make other inquiries or book a reservation on short notice, feel free to call our office directly. If the office staff do not answer, please leave a detailed message with your first and last name, your phone number, your dog’s name and your requirements (including specific dates if you’re making a reservation). We will call you back as soon as possible.
